Description
Seafront apartment with direct access to the soft and white sandy beach through a small private garden. The Beachfront Sonrisas Apartment has a truly privileged location right on the beach and is situated in a quiet residential area, the perfect combination of beach holiday and relaxation for the whole family.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (150 cm x 190 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm). There is also a sofa bed in the living room. From the cosy living-dining room with sofa, armchairs, dining table and television, you have access to a wonderful terrace and small private garden, where you have sun loungers for sunbathing and also another table with chairs to enjoy delicious meals outdoors enjoying the sea views. The apartment also has a fully equipped individual kitchen.
Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not exempt the guest from their obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be deducted from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties of Mallorca Holiday Properties where space permits the inclusion of an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.
Note 3. Where late check-out is possible, subject to availability, the cost will be 50€ until 13:00 and 90€ until 16:00.
Note 4. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/Kw to be paid on departure.
Note 5. Please note that there is an additional cost of 30 € for in person check-in after 22.00 h and 50 € for in person check-in after 00.00 h.
Note 6. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.

While the apartment was cozy, I did notice that some of the interiors are starting to show signs of wear. Additionally, the barking from neighboring dogs was a bit distracting at times. Despite these minor issues, I highly recommend Beachfront Sunrissee more

Overall we had a great stay! Apartment is located in the perfect location for a beach holiday. Our 2 year old had a great time being able to run out of the gate directly on to the beach. It is a little way from the main area of port d'alcudia but a lsee more
Overall we had a great stay! Apartment is located in the perfect location for a beach holiday. Our 2 year old had a great time being able to run out of the gate directly on to the beach. It is a little way from the main area of port d'alcudia but a lovely walk along the beach. We also managed a walk (45mins with a buggy) into the old town, so most things are in reach.
The apartment has recently been redecorated and was clean and tidy for our arrival. Communication was great throughout. Pere was really helpful when we arrived early, arranging to meet us and get us checked in ahead of schedule. He also helped by telling us nearby amenities and offered recommendations for places to eat out. |

We were slightly surprised by the lack of some simple things like handwash, dish soap or a cloth for washing up. This was a very minor issue though.

We were also a little shocked when our 2 year old found all of the sharp knives in an easy to reach draw in the living area. We moved these to the kitchen counter and I would recommend they stay there if the apartment is being advertised as being good for families with small children. Overall these were small issues which would be easily rectified and didn't detract from what was a great holiday had in this property. |

It was wonderful to spend a week in front of the beach in December, opening the window and seeing the sun and the fantastic views of the sandy beach. We enjoy walking every day on the beach. The apartment is perfectly located and fully equipped, the wifi works very well. Many thanks to Joan for showing us the apartment and giving us some tips during the week to visit, restaurants ... We hope to come back in summer and enjoy swimming and water sports too.
