Enjoy a stay in this wonderful studio-apartment facing the sea in Cala Ratjada.
The apartment is located in the best restaurant area of the town, as well as very close to basic services. The closest beach is the small Cala de Na Ferradura, with rocks and sand, although after a short walk you can reach the fantastic beach of Cala Gat. On the other hand, the Capdepera golf course is only 7 km from the property.
This magnificent studio is located in the port of Cala Ratjada, right in front of the sea. The space has dimensions of 58m2.
The Bellavista 1ºB apartment stands out for its luminosity and for the good taste when it comes to decorating it. It is located on the ground floor of a 3-storey building. Right at the entrance we find a living room equipped with Satellite-TV, with sea views. It has an independent kitchen, which has a ceramic hob. It also includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bedroom has a double bed of 160x210cm. Finally, we find a complete bathroom with shower. A cot and a high chair can be reserved in case you are traveling with your baby.

- Electricity consumption is not included in the price and must be paid at the end of the stay. The price is €0.25/Kw.
- On the day of arrival, a €500 deposit will be blocked on your credit card, which will be automatically returned between 10 and 15 days after the date of departure on the same card.
