Enjoy a stay in this wonderful duplex facing the sea in Cala Ratjada.
The apartment is located in the best restaurant area of the town, as well as very close to basic services. The closest beach is the small Cala de Na Ferradura, with rocks and sand, although after a short walk you can reach the fantastic beach of Cala Gat. If one day you feel like it, you can also go to the Capdepera golf course, which is only 7 km from the property.
This magnificent duplex is located in the port of Cala Ratjada, right in front of the sea. Its dimensions are 112m2 of housing and an additional 33m2 distributed in two connected terraces, making a total of 145m2. From the main terrace you can contemplate the wonderful views over the sea and the coast/mountains, while privacy is guaranteed when tanning.
The Bellavista Puerto 4ºB apartment is a duplex and stands out for its luminosity and good taste when it comes to decorating it. It is located on the top floor of a 3-storey building, which gives it fabulous views. On the first floor of the duplex, right at the entrance, we find a dining room equipped with Satellite-TV, from where we can continue contemplating the blue of the sea. It has a large independent kitchen, which has a ceramic hob. It also includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The first bedroom has a double bed of 160x210cm. There is another bedroom with a 160x210cm sofa-bed, which has satellite TV. The third bedroom has a double bed of 180x210cm. All rooms have air conditioning / heat pump and balcony, and one of them has a balcony. In addition, the duplex includes two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The equipment is completed by a cot and a high chair in case you travel with your baby.

- Electricity consumption is not included in the price and must be paid at the end of the stay. The price is €0.25/Kw.
- On the day of arrival, a €500 deposit will be blocked on your credit card, which will be automatically returned between 10 and 15 days after the date of departure on the same card.
