Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. When possible a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 13:00 and € 90 until 16:00.
Note 4. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of the accommodation. The cost is 0.30 € / Kw to pay at departure.
Please note there is an extra cost of 30€ for check-in after 22.00 h.
There is an extra cost of 50€ for check-in after 00.00 h.
Note 6: On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
Note 7: Final cleaning has an extra cost of €185 per booking
