Welcome to the Carabela 51 Apartment! Situated on the seafront and very close to the marina of Puerto de Alcúdia, an exceptionally privileged location in the centre of one of Europe's top holiday destinations.
With direct access to Alcúdia's stunning white sand beach and also to the shared private swimming pool with sun loungers reserved exclusively for the residents of this building, the Carabela 51 apartment is perfect for those looking for a beach holiday with all the comforts.
The apartment sleeps up to four people, with two bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
The apartment has a bathroom with shower and a cosy and fully furnished living-dining room with Smart TV, as well as a completely equipped open-plan kitchen.
From the living room there is access to the terrace where you have at your disposal another table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals accompanied by the refreshing breeze of the Mediterranean Sea.
Remark 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not exempt the guests from their obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be deducted from your deposit as long as the use of the property is reasonable.
Remark 2. In those properties of Mallorca Holiday Properties where the space allows the inclusion of an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person and day.
Remark 3. When a late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be 50€ until 13:00 and 90€ until 16:00.
Remark 4. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/Kw to be paid on departure.
Remark 5. Please note that there is an additional charge of 30 € for an in-person check-in after 22.00 h and 50 € for an in-person check-in after 00.00 h.
Remark 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.

Its first line to the beach, and has access to a pool just next door, the location is great, there is somewhat night life going on, but it ends around 23:00 ish.
The furniture is well used, and could use a replacement. The double bed was good, thesee more

The apartment was well-equipped, airy and comfortable. Wonderful views of the beach from the balcony and bedrooms. We enjoyed the swimming pool - not too busy and had no problems finding a sun lounger. Great location - close to supermarkets, bars andsee more

Already told Perre about some details in the bathrooms, put a top matras on the double bed (too hard) and change the sofa for a sofa-bed.

Very nice appartement next to the beach and 200 m from centre and restaurants. The pool is very nice, plenty of sunbeds. The kitchen has good facilities and plenty of dishes. The balcony has views to the beach and seafront walk, nicely in shade in thsee more

Mooi ruim en schoon appartement met prachtig uitzicht op de zee. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie is geweldig, aan het strand en dicht bij de haven. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug.
