Villa Bonaire is a stunning property located in the exclusive area of Bonaire, surrounded by a private garden with a swimming pool for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. There is also a nice porch with a seating area. Villa Bonaire offers accommodation for 8 people in 4 cozy bedrooms. This charming, spacious and comfortable villa is ideally located, between Alcudia and the famous Alcanada Golf Club just a short drive away. Villa Bonaire is the perfect place for a luxurious and comfortable vacation.

The villa is built on a 1,157 m2 plot, has 2 floors and has 4 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (4 en suite), an open kitchen, dining room and a lounge area with sofas and flat screen TV, a porch with dining room and a private garden with swimming pool.
On the ground floor there is a bright dining / living room connected to the open plan kitchen, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a bathroom and a laundry area. From the living room there is direct access to the porch, garden and pool (10 x 5 m2). On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a TV room and terraces where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the bay of Pollensa.

Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, DVD, Air Conditioning, central heating, Barbecue, Fridge and freezer, Microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron, high chair, dryer, ping-pong table, table football. Property equipped with towels and bedding.
Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. When a late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 1:00 p.m. and € 90 until 4:00 p.m.
Note 4. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25/Kw - payable on departure.
Note 5: Please note there is an extra cost of 30€ for check-in after 22.00 h. and 50€ for check-in after 00.00 h.
Note 6: On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.

Very nice place in Mallorca. We were there for my Dad's 60th birthday. When we opened the door there was a ensaiimada waiting for us with a happy birthday sign.

We had a fantastic weeks family holiday at Villa Bonaire. Lenka was very helpful giving local suggestions for restaurants and beaches as well as sharing some great local food with us. The property is very nicely furnished and the separate kitchen area in addition and aslo bbq was great. The pool was a great size and the garden gives you real privacy. With a car you can easily reach Alcudia in 5 minutes and other towns and beaches in 20 minutes Perfect for 8 people, we had great weather but there was plenty of shade and a nice breeze too. Thanks for a great stay! |

We had a wonderful time at this great house. The pool area is beautiful and very relaxing. Every day we enjoyed our food at the terrace. The surrounding is really calm and it was a perfect stay. Just a few minutes walk you reach the sea, a small portsee more

Just a few minutes walk you reach the sea, a small port, a really relaxing restaurant (5 Oceanos - great drinks, great food), a supermarket and two beautiful bays. The House was perfect for our stay and i think we will come back!

Lenka was helpful when booking including organising our transfers from the airport for us. We found the location good, a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance to a great little shop with all the basic things you would need as well as a restaurasee more
