Description
Bonaire Roure is a lovely villa situated in a quiet residential area just outside the town center of Alcudia, in Bonaire, near the beaches of Sant Joan and Sant Pere. The villa accommodates up to 8 people in 4 rooms, all equipped with air conditioning. Bonaire Roure has its own garden with swimming pool, an outdoor dining area with barbecue and a very nice upper terrace fully equipped to enjoy the sun with family or friends.
In the immediate vicinity of the house is the Port of Bonaire, also known as the port of "El Cocodrilo", where there are several restaurants, a supermarket and you can rent boats and take diving courses.
Distribution:
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, an upper terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and overlooking the sea, an outdoor dining area and a private pool with sun loungers.
Comfort and Services:
Internet, satellite TV, CD player, air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, iron, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, barbecue, hair dryer, cot and high chair for baby. Fully equipped property with bed linen and towels.
Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. When possible a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 13:00 and € 90 until 16:00.
Note 4. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of the accommodation. The cost is 0.25 € / Kw to pay at departure.
Note 5: Keep in mind there is an extra cost of 30€ for check-in after 22.00 h.

This villa was perfect for me and my 5 friends. We had a great time. It was overall nice beds, bathrooms and kitchen. I would recommend. Very friendly people and they will help with anything.

The only issue we had was some water leaking from one of the bathrooms, but it got fixed the morning after. Very nice service.

We enjoyed so much staying at this villa because of the quiet location on the area of Bonaire, but at the same time less than a 5-minute drive to the old town. It is obvious that the owner of the property has a good taste and takes care of the place,see more

It is obvious that the owner of the property has a good taste and takes care of the place, plus everything was very clean. Special thanks to the Mallorca Holiday Properties team that made our vacation even better. We will book the place for sure on our next trip to Mallorca.
