Description
This charming villa in the area of Bonaire is located very close to the ancient walled city of Alcudia.
The beautiful beach of the 'Mal Pas', the extensive and sandy beaches of the Alcudia bay and the famous golf course in Aucananda are a short drive away. The north of the island offers many attractions, apart from sandy beaches and the sea as plenty of outdoor activities, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. throughout the year. The villa with a well kept garden has 4 double bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and private pool (8x4 meters).
Distribution:
On the ground floor there is a living room with a door to the living room on the right side. The living room is bright and comfortable, with sofas, air conditioning, a large fireplace and patio doors open onto a shaded terrace and ping-pong
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. It also has a comfortable breakfast area.
The bedrooms are all located on the left side of the main entrance.
Electricity consumption is not included in the price of the accommodation. The cost is 0.25 € / Kw to pay at departure.
Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. When possible a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 13:00 and € 90 until 16:00.
Note 4: Please note there is an extra cost of 30€ for check-in after 22.00 h. and 50€ for check-in after 00.00 h.
Note 5: On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.

The house have evething youu need, kitchen well equipped and comfortable beds, the BBQ is perfect too. for our son of 2 yeras old was perfect to find some toys for the pool and a big unicorn to play to. We enjoyed all the time on the terrace, and on the two small beaches close to the house , especially Sant Joan, sandy beach with an small bar. We hope to come back next year.:)
