As for the bedrooms, the master bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, providing a comfortable and quiet place to rest. The second bedroom features two single beds and has access to a private bathroom, while there is also another full bathroom on the property and an additional toilet, offering comfort and privacy for all guests.
The exterior of the villa is equally impressive, with several covered terraces inviting you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. One of these terraces is equipped with a ping-pong table, perfect for fun with family or friends.
A winding path surrounded by nature leads to the swimming pool, which is in an idyllic setting, surrounded by manicured lawns and beautiful mature Mediterranean gardens. Palm trees and other indigenous plants adorn the surroundings, while panoramic views across the countryside towards the mountains provide a sense of peace and connection with nature.
The property sits on a 4000 m² plot of land, offering a private and tranquil space for strolling through the trees and enjoying the outdoors. Although it feels like a secluded retreat, the town of Alcudia is only a few minutes' drive away, providing easy access to a wide range of amenities including shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
The beaches of Mal Pas and Manresa, famous for their beauty and tranquillity, are just a short walk from the property, allowing you to enjoy a day of sun and sea without having to travel too far. And if you like adventure, you can snorkel or swim from the rocks in the nearby Bonaire area, which is also just a ten-minute walk away.

Remark 3. When a late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be 50€ until 13:00 and 90€ until 16:00.
Remark 4. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/Kw to be paid on departure.
Remark 5. Please note that there is an additional charge of 30 € for an in-person check-in after 22.00 h and 50 € for an in-person check-in after 00.00 h.
