Description
Villa Sunset is a large property which looks like an Oasis. The huge garden has plenty of glamour and luxury with palm trees, fruit trees, plants, flowers (there is even a rose garden) is simply impressive. The large swimming pool of 10 x 12 meters, plus a baby Pool, with many sunbeds, outdoor table and chairs make you feel like you are in the heaven. If that is not enough, you have the private Tennis Paddel Court with Mini Basketball equipment and you also have table tennis (ping pong) at your disposal. All this, in a natural setting that promises absolute tranquillity, in a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, plenty of sun all along the day, from sunrise to sunset.

The main house is a big building looking towards the mountains and sunsets. It's a house of more than 200 square meters shared between two floors. On the first floor you can find 2 double bedrooms , a complete bathroom, air-conditioning, and a kitchen where you will find another family bathroom, close a Hall with oversize sofas and a Flat TV with Satellite and WIFI LAN. On the first floor there are three bedrooms ( one double and two twins), a complete bathroom and a huge Terrace with lovely views.
There is a second building at this villa, where there is an amazing dining room full of light and a place with a professional kitchen absolutely fully-equipped with high-spec appliances and TV with a big BBQ just outdoor. It is a dream for people who love to cook. Next to the kitchen there is a full bathroom with shower.
Villa Sunset is more than 9000 square meters in the quite area of Son Fe, only a short drive away from the historical Centre of Alcudia, the famous villa of Pollença and the beaches of the Port d´Alcudia. A perfect place to explore the North of the island that offers, apart from sandy beaches and the sea, a lot of outdoor activities, shops, restaurants, bars, ... all year round.
Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. When possible a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 13:00 and € 90 until 16:00.
Note 4. Please note that there is an extra cost of 30€ for check-in after 22.00 h. and 50€ for check-in after 00.00 h.
Note 5. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
Note 6. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is € 0.25 / Kw to be paid on departure.

We were very well received at the location. everything was clearly explained and was well cleaned. The garden is super nicely kept and the pool was nice and big. Also at the sports field there were good things we could use. We have had a top week!

What we found unfortunate was that there was only 1 refrigerator. for a large group of people this is just too little to keep everything in the refrigerator. In addition, there was a lot of chlorine in the pool. For the rest everything was really supsee more

Mit zwei Mietautos, sie sind nötig infolge der Lage der Villa, haben wir, 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder (10-13 Jahre) eine unvergessliche Woche in dieser Villa verbracht. Die Villa war sehr gut vorbereitet und mit viel Frottierwäsche ausgestattet. Die Übsee more
Mit zwei Mietautos, sie sind nötig infolge der Lage der Villa, haben wir, 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder (10-13 Jahre) eine unvergessliche Woche in dieser Villa verbracht. Die Villa war sehr gut vorbereitet und mit viel Frottierwäsche ausgestattet. Die Über- und Abgabe erfolgt professionell und mit Whats-up waren wir immer in Kontakt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und mit zwei grossen Kühlschränken konnte auch ein Mehrtageseinkauf gekühlt werden. Ein sehr gutes Wlan deckte auch diese Bedürfnisse ab. Der Pool und die Gartenanlage waren klar das Highlight der Villa. Dazu ein super Aussengrill den wir oft benutzten. Es gibt viel Platz im Aussenbereich und mit der allseitig geschlossenen Anlage fühlten wir uns sicher und ungestört.

Villa Sunset ist malloquinish eingerichtet und entspricht voll und ganz den Bildern. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, inkl. Spielzeug für den Strand, das unser Junior (4 Jahre) ausgiebig genutzt hat. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und top ausgestattet. Der Psee more

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig etwas abseits, mit dem Mietwagen sind die sehr schönen kinderfreundlichen Strände von Playa de Muro (15 Min) und bis El Mal pas (15 Min) schnell erreicht. Alles in allem hatten wir zwei tolle Wochen in Villa Son Fum und kommen gerne wieder! Klare Empfehlung!
