Come and enjoy this semi-detached house for 6 people only 10 minutes from the beach.
Once you enter the property you will find a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture to enjoy your garden suppers, and enjoy the Mediterranean climate with your family or friends.
Two more terraces at the top of the house, one at the front and the other at the back to enjoy the views in a more private setting.
Inside there are three comfortable double bedrooms all equipped with air conditioning. Two full bathrooms and a toilet on the ground floor complete this villa.
The fully equipped kitchen is designed to satisfy all of your culinary needs.
The spacious living room offers a cosy retreat to spend quality time with your loved ones.
And for grill lovers, there is even an outdoor barbecue, perfect for entertaining guests or simply enjoying delicious meals al fresco.

Layout
This cosy house is distributed over three floors. On the ground floor you will find the garden and terrace area, the spacious living-dining room as well as the fully equipped kitchen, together with a toilet room and a laundry room. On the first floor we have 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed of 160x200cm, with en-suite bathroom with shower, and the other room has two single beds of 90x190cm and a complete bathroom with shower. On the 2nd floor we have a double bedroom, with a 135x190cm bed, and two cosy and versatile terraces where you can sunbathe, relax or simply benefit from the light sea breeze that cools you down on hot summer days. We highly recommend our villa for a pleasant holiday near the sea!

Note 1. Final cleaning charges are not included in the rental price. The cost is 75€. This does not relieve the client of his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.
Note 3. Where late check-out is possible, subject to availability, the cost will be 50€ until 13:00 and 90€ until 16:00.
Electricity consumption is not included in the price of the accommodation. The cost is 0.25 €/Kwh.
Note 5. Please note that there is an additional cost of 30 € for check-in after 22.00 h.

Vi elskede virkelig denne ejendom! Vi gik efter den komplette strandferieoplevelse, og det er, hvad man får i Can Picafort. Rækkehuset ligger dog i et meget roligt område af badebyen, så vi kunne slappe godt af mellem restaurant- og barbesøg, lange dsee more

Rækkehuset ligger dog i et meget roligt område af badebyen, så vi kunne slappe godt af mellem restaurant- og barbesøg, lange dage på stranden og udflugter i lokalområdet. Medarbejderen fra Mallorca Holiday Properties gav os mange gode tips til, hvad vi skulle se og gøre på vores ferie, og det er vi meget taknemmelige for.
Ejendommen er moderne og hyggelig og meget ren, det var en perfekt base for et ophold med mange gode oplevelser! Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage! |
