Fantastic townhouse with wonderful views of Lake Esperanza. It consists of four double bedrooms, three bathrooms (one en suite with dressing room.) Large living room with large open kitchen. This property is perfectly furnished and equipped with quality furniture. Beautiful porch of about 19 square meters with private garden of 74 m². Community pool and private outdoor parking. Just 200 meters away from the beach of Puerto de Alcudia.

The house is very well equipped and furnished with everything necessary for a pleasant holiday, wifi, air conditioning, oven, microwave, private outdoor parking, a community pool and barbecue.
Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. When a late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 1:00 p.m. and € 90 until 4:00 p.m.
